- W2354832129 abstract "Objective Through the combination of inside and outside conservative treatment of 72 cases anal fi ssure, to observe its effi cacy and clinical value.Methods Using internal medicine, suppositories for external use and hip bath way, to treat 72 cases anal fi ssure patients with conservative treatment.Results 72 cases of patients, 70 patients were cured and the total recovery rate was 97.2%.Cure time at 10～27d, averaging(15.2±4.9) d.I period anal fi ssure and Ⅱ period anal fi ssure its cure rate can reach 100%.There are two cases in12 cases of Ⅲ period anal fi ssure have exit to taking operation combination therapy, the other 10 cases of treatment time is longer, are more than 20 days in all.Conclusions Anal fi ssure is not caused by a single factor, but a variety of factors of long-term interaction result.In the treatment of anal fi ssure,the key questions are how to address the prevention of constipation and the lifting of sphincter spasm problem.Using both inside and outside combination of conservative treatment,it can be shortened the course of treatment for patients, reduced pain, gained a satisfi ed results, the method is easy, and no signifi cant adverse reactions or complications, it is worth clinical application of anal fi ssure,especially the I phase, Ⅱphase anal fi ssure applications." @default.
