- W2354965382 abstract "Objective To study sanitation status and disinfection effect of tableware and drinking-set in Dao County,thus provide the dependable gist for renovating the hygienic condition of drinking and eating. Method We sampled tableware and drinking-set in Dao County,and detected the existence of Coliform bacteria according to GB 14934-94 standard of tableware and drinking-set disinfection.Result The acceptable rate of tableware and drinking-set in 2005 obviously improved than in 2004.The big-sized and the middle-sized corporations had high acceptable rate than the small-sized corporations.The small-sized tableware's acceptable rate was better than other tablewares,and the effect of steam disinfection was the best. Conclusion To ameliorate hygienic establishment and enhance hygienic regulation are the effective step for improving the hygienic conditions of tableware and drinking-set." @default.
