- W2355014045 abstract "In a slightly acidic solution of pH 3～5, 5-[4-(2-pyridylethoxy)-phenyl]-10,15,20-tris-(4-methoxyphenyl) porphine bromide reacts with Cu(Ⅱ) to form a stable complex having a mole ratio of Cu(Ⅱ)∶R=(1∶2) and molar absorptivity of 2.68×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1), without the addition of surfactant. The optimum acidity of the reaction is found to be pH 3.6 and o -phthalate-HCl buffer is used. Beer′s law holds in the range of 0～0.7μg of Cu(Ⅱ) per 10ml of solution. The absorption maxima lies at the wavelength of 415.5nm. By addition of HCl(1+1) to the colored solution, the absorption maxima of the reagent is shifted to 449.3nm, thus making the Δ λ increased to 33.8nm. RSD′s obtained in its application to the analysis of water samples are less than 3.5%." @default.
