- W2355033020 abstract "[Objective]Observed measles enema combined with western medicine treatment of children with measles effect.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,108 cases of outpatient and inpatient were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,54 cases of anti-inflammatory,symptomatic treatment and supportive treatment.Treatment group 54 cases prodromal period,Ⅰ number of measles enema;eruptive stage,Ⅱ number of measles enema;recovery,Ⅲ number of measles enema.Cook 30 ～ 50mL,filtered aliquots.The dispensing good liquid heated to about 38 ℃,50mL syringe pump with a moderate 2% novocaine,then pumped enema retention enema,2 times / d;catheter is inserted into the anus 5 ～ 7cm,take enema enema,enema should raise the hips,sit 30 ～ 40min,and then lying on the right side of the same time,2 times / d.Children of different ages need different amounts of enema,5 months to 1 year old,10 ～ 20mL;1 ～ 3 years old,20 ～ 30mL;3 ～ 6 years old,30 ～ 50mL.Western medicine with the control group.4 ～ 6d continuous treatment is a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,signs and symptoms change time,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group were cured 32 cases,improved in 20 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.30%.Control group,21 cases were cured,improved in 24 cases,9 cases,the total effective rate was 83.33%.Treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).Symptoms and signs change time treatment group than the control group(P 0.01).[Conclusion] Measles enema combined with western medicine treatment of children with measles effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion." @default.
