- W2355135082 abstract "Objective To establish a sensitive and specific method for determination of positive urine sample with testosterone by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)according to the testosterone standard rule of International Olympic Committee Medical Committee.Methods To confirm the characteristic ions of the parent drug and metabolites with mass spectrum,to establish the metabolism curve of testosterone,the distribution of testosterone/epitestosterone(T/ET)ratio and the variation of the T/ET ratio.Results The specificity of the method for testosterone was tested,mass-to-charge ratio(M/Z)of the characteristic ions of the parents drug was 432,417.It can be detected in urine 4 days or so after 25 mg testosterone injection-administrated,T/ET ratio of 87.96% people was within 0.4～1.6,variation of T/ET ratio in urine was 13.58%～20.20%.Conclusion The method is accurate and repeatable for determination of testosterone.The established method can be used to doping detection." @default.
