- W2355183405 abstract "Objective:To study the pharmacological effects of different molecular weight enzymolysis liquid from cornu bubali.Methods:It was observed to research the pharmacological effects of different molecular weight enzymolysis liquid that the influence and action of mice to the pentobarbitol sodium hypnosis,LPS caused death,coagulation time,spontaneous activity,anti-infection and so on.Results:Compared with the NS control group,3 kD and the 10～30 kD enzymolysis fluid had obvious sedative effect(P0.01) .The3 kD group had remarkable resistance to LPS caused death(P0.05) .The 30 kD group had obvious hemostatic function(P0.01) .The 5～10 kD group had obvious inhibition to the spontaneous activity(P0.01) .The 5～10 kD group and the 10～30 kD group had obvious enhancement to the anti-infection(P0.01) .Conclusion:The different molecular weight enzymolysis liquid from cornu bubali has different pharmacological effects." @default.
