- W2355285665 abstract "Objective: To develop a method for the determination of th e contents of strychnine in Shangke Qiwei Tablets by HPLC. Methods: Determined by HPLC using Phenomenex SILTC (2) (15 0 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column; n-Hexane: dichlorome thane: methanol: ammonia solu tion (42.5∶42.5∶5∶0.35) as mobile phase and UV detector at 254 nm. Results: The content of strychnine had a good linearity in the range of 0.164～3.28 μg (r=0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.57% a nd RSD was 0.69% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is rapid, reliable and simple and c an be used for the quality control of Shangke Qiwei Tablets." @default.
