Yet for a long time,China has always lacked clear objectives for real estate price regulation,so the actual results of macro-control has led to unsatisfactory conditions. In order to ensure the healthy development of the real estate industry and to avoid the negative impact of price volatility of the real estate on the economy,we must take the moderate pricing as the goal and orientation for real estate price regulation.
