- W2355500836 abstract "By analyzing the body composition of the urban non-manual workers at the age of 20～59 year-old,the paper aims to provide theory to formulating the exercises plans for these workers.The result indicates that,firstly,the fat distribution of both men and women increase gradually with age.The content of the mineral substances and protein in the body increases first and then declines.The size ratio between the waist and the hip,BMI and fat level in the internal organs increase gradually.Next,the fat ratio in the body of both women and men increases with age and the former increases faster than the later.The fat content of the men increases impressively in the 30s and reaches the summit in during their 40s.The fat content of the women reaches the summit at their 50s.Third,with the growth of age,the men's fat ratio of the trunk is much higher than that of the women while the fat ratio of the limbs is much lower than that of the women.It shows that men's fat is concentrated in the body and their body becomes fatter.While the fat of women is concentrated in their legs." @default.
