- W2355559649 abstract "Objective To observe the preventive effect of ramosetron on postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods A total of 90 ASAⅠ～Ⅱpatients undergoing LC were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 patients in each group.After operation,the patients in group Ⅰ were given an intravenous injection of 0.3 mg ramosetron,the patients in group Ⅱ received 0.6 mg ramosetron,and the patients in group Ⅲ received isodosel normal saline.The incidence of nausea,vomiting in the 3 groups within 24h after operation was observed.Results The incidence of PONV in the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅲ(P0.05),and there was no significant difference between groupⅠ and group Ⅱ(P0.05).There was no significant differencein the incidence of side effects of ramosetron among the three groups(P0.05).Conclusion Ramosetron is a safe,effective antiemetic drug with less side effects.Intravenous aministration of 0.3 mg ramosetron can produce good preventive effect on PONV after LC." @default.
