- W2355592241 abstract "Objective: To explore the procedure and clinical value of laparoscopic technique in liver resection. Methods: Six cases with hepatic tumors in segmentⅡ?Ⅲ?Ⅴ?Ⅵ or liver edge, 4 cases with liver angiocavernoma, 2 cases with choledocholithiasis in segment Ⅱ and Ⅲ and 1 case with focal nodular hyperplasia were screened out clinically. Electrocautery?harmonic scalpel?Endo-GIA?Titanium clips?Endo-suture and biological glue were applied in laparoscopic liver resection. Three cases underwent laparoscopic liver resection, while the other 10 cases were performed laparoscopic-assisted resection. Results: Thirteen procedures were completed successfully, including left lateral hepatic lobectomies and wedge resections. Operative duration was 54～130 min. Postoperative hospital stay was 6～9 days. Intraoperative bleeding was 40～700 ml. There was no conversion to laparotomy, and no intraoperative uncontrollable complications. Postoperative recovering period was significantly shorter than that of the open resection. Postoperative follow-up periods were 6～15 months, and the survey showed that there were 2 patients relapsed 3 months and 4 months after the operations respectively, while no recurrence has been found in the other 4 patients yet. Conclusions: Laparoscopic liver resection is a safe and feasible approach in clinically selected patients." @default.
