- W2355797437 abstract "OBJECTIVE:To analyze the common problems occurring in the process of clinical intravenous infusion dispensation in order to provide reference for rational intravenous infusion dispensation in the clinic.METHODS:Using Infusion,Compatibility,Solvent,Dispensation and general name of drugs as Keywords ,relevant literatures on intravenous infusion dispensation during Jan.1979～Jan.2010 were retrieved from CNKI.Pharmacist's prescription,checking records of doctor's advice,ward rounds record of pharmacist,ADR reports were collected from out-patient pharmacy,emergency pharmacy and in-patient pharmacy during Jan.2005～Jan.2010 in our hospital.The unreasonable intravenous infusion dispensation of those records was analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The problems of clinical intravenous infusion dispensation were unreasonable selection of solvent,drug incompatibility,exorbitant drug concentration,long storage period,improper infusion dispensation container and improper operations,etc.CONCLUSIONS:The clinical intravenous infusion dispensation should be strictly enforced according to the operating specifications,package insert and other legal documents.Drugs should be prepared when be used to guarantee the safety of drug use." @default.
