- W2355856984 abstract "【Objective】 To explore the mental health of undergraduate nurses with different temperament types to provide scientific evidences for safeguarding nurses' mental health.【Methods】 A total of 91 undergraduate nurses were recruited by convenience sampling method and were investigated with Chen Hui-chang Temperament Questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL～90).【Results】 The 84 effective objects obtained has 29(34.5%) ones with simple temperament and 55(65.5%) ones with mictoplasm.Compared to the National Youth norm,the somatization,anxiety,psychosis factor scores,total score and the number of positive items of SCL～90 are higher.The coercion,terror,mental factor scores,total score and the number of positive items have difference among undergraduate nurses with different temperament types(P 0.05).【Conclusions】 The mental health conditions of undergraduate nurses are not good enough and vary among them with different temperament types.Therefore,the manager should develop appropriate psychological counseling programs according to the temperament types of nurses to maintain their mental health." @default.
