- W2355897290 abstract "Objective To observe the curative effect and impact on nailfold microcirculation of different therapeutic time window of low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) in patients with cerebral infarction (CI). Methods According to the therapeutic time, all CI patients were randomly divided into 24 h, 24～48 h group, and 49 h～7 d groups. All groups received LMWH 5000 anti-factor XaIU twice daily through subcutaneous injection for 7 d. The nailfold microcirculations of 3 groups were checked before and the 8th day after treatment, and neurologic impairment score and effectiveness were evaluated at the same time. Results In all of 3 groups, especially in 24 h group, the nailfold microcirculation scores of post-treatment were significantly decreased than those of pretherapy (P0.05 or P0.01), but the difference among 3 groups was not significant. The neurologic impairment scores of post-treatment in 3 groups were significantly decreased than those of pretherapy (P0.05), the difference among 3 groups was significant, and that of 24 h group was significantly higher than that of 49 h～7 d group (P0.01). Conclusions Administration of LMWH in different time window could effectively improve microcirculation state, neurologic impairment of CI patients, and its curative effect is best to be administered within 24 h." @default.
