- W2355920493 abstract "To investigate effects of differently concentrated feed levels on their carcass and meat traits,1.5～2.0 months old 24 heads of Xiangdong black goats were selected and divided into 3 teams to conduct 2 months of feeding contrasted experiment.The 3 teams were given differently concentrated feed 100,200,300 g/per head every day respectively.The results indicated:1) The ADG and carcass weight of team Ⅰwere respectively higher than teamⅡ,by 8.57%,14.28%; team Ⅲ by 5.64%,7.79% (P0.05),also its dressing percentage and loin zye area were higher than the other teams significantly(P0.05);2) The water loss percentage and storing losses of team Ⅰwere respectively lower than teamⅡ, by 20.4%,26.4%;team Ⅲ by 23.15%,27.50% respectively(P0.05),while,with the increasing of concentrated feed levels,the mutton become darker in color,quicker in fat aggradation and lower in cooker meat percentage.The above indexes indicated level Ⅰ was a best for the feeding of Xiangdong black goats,which led to the rapid growing speed of lambs and good meat quality,high meat percentage and cooker meat percentage." @default.
