- W2356040213 abstract "Objective:To explore the efficacy of infused platelet concentrate to hematencephalon patients with the severe decrease of blood platelets count.Methods:We measured the blood platelets count in the hematencephalon patients (n=35) before the any treatment including haemostasis,anticoagulation with anticoagulant in the 72 hours.After treatment by infusing platelet concentrate for 20 ～24 h,we detected platelet (PLT),practical platelet recovery(PPR)and Corrected Count Increment (CCI).To assess the clinical symptom and the infusion efficacy changes after the treatment.Results:After 20-24h infusion,the PPR was more than 40%. There were 26 patients with CCI more than 5.0 or significantly changes of clinical symptom.There were 9 patients with CCI less than 4.5 and PPR less than 20% which had no significant changes of clinical symptom.Conclusions:It is 74.3% of the efficacy by infusing platelet concentrate to treat the hematencephalon patients with the severe decrease of blood platelets count whose bleeding symptom had improved." @default.
