- W2356133729 abstract "Objective To find out the medicine use of hypentension patients of Liaoning province.Methods The 14?802 persons from 4?397 families in Zhuanghe and Benxi,two counties of Liaoning province,were investigated on the condition of high blood pressure and their medication by using random sampling method.Results Four hundred and fourty four high blood pressure patients were found out,and the morbidity rate was 3.0%.76.8% high blood pressure patients adopted only one hypertensive drug to control the blood pressure and 68.4% patients took the fixed-dose combination.The most useful medicine order was the compound Reserpine(56.9%),the Peking step-down No.0(14.9%),and the Captopril(10.2%).The utilization rates of Calcium antagonists and the diuretic were 3.4% and 0.8%,which were lower than those of other places.Conclusion Most hypertension patients in the villages take the cheap fixed-dose combination.There exists spatial difference between the level of the combination usage of medicine as well as the structure of medicines usage and the requirement of the guidelines for prevention and treatment of hypentension in china." @default.
