The result was that clusters of Zuoshanyi Zuoshan’er ShuangyouShuanghong and Shuangfeng in rude management and high fruit grouth were mainly Loose cluster whichweight of cluster stem and little green fruit in total weight of cluster were up to 8.8%～22.4% and 4.4%～7.7%and those two weights were higher than that of closely cluster by 1.8%～15.5% and 1.2%～7.2% respectively,while which rates of fruit juice were 38.9%～53.0% and that was lower than closely cluster by 8.0%～19.2%. Inthis case, the price of fruit juice brewed would be raised by 226.5～739.5Yuan per ton. When purchasing grapefruit the wine factory would lower the price of fruit by 0.3～0.4 Yuan per kilogram, if the rate of little greenfruit and cluster stem were over 5% and 12%, and even refuse to buy them. So a technology of productionmanagement was put forward to reduce Loose cluster and rate of little green fruit to guide the farmer toproduce high quality fruit and raise their receipts." @default.
