- W2356219285 abstract "To determine the content of metallic elements in grapes from grape production base,50 samples from 5 grape varieties were selected.Firstly,the microwave digestion system was used to digest the samples under high pressure.Secondly,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determine the contents of Lead and Cadmium in grape.Finally,flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was conducted to assess the levels of Copper,Zinc,Chromium and Nickel.The results showed that the recovery rate of metallic elements added into different grape samples was between 97% and 106%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD 0.29%～4.28%) was less than 5%.Therefore,this method is timesaving,reliable and accurate,it suits for the determination of the content of metallic elements in similar products." @default.
