- W2356223586 abstract "Objective:To investigate the expression of heparanase and CD34 in pancreatic cancer and study their correlation with clinical pathologic characteristics and tumor angiogenesis.Methods:The expression of heparanase and CD34 were detected in 78 cases of pancreatic cancer by immunohistochemistry.The correlation of expression of heparanase with clinical pathologic characteristics and tumor angiogenesis were analyzed.Results:The expression of heparanase was related to the infiltration of pancreatic cancer.Its expression significantly increased in the patients with lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis(P0.05).The expression of heparanase also was related to TNM classification,of which the positive rate was higher in stage Ⅲ ～Ⅳ than that in stage Ⅱ(P0.01).The scores of MVD in the pancreatic cancer with heparanase expression were significantly higher than that without heparanase expression(P0.01).Conclusion:Heparanase is highly expressed in pancreatic cancer and linked to the infiltration,metastasis and angiogenesis of pancreatic cancer.The results indicate that the expression of heparanase promotes the metastasis and angiogenesis of pancreatic cancer." @default.
