- W2356280864 abstract "Objective To detect furazolidone in food by solid phase extraction(SPE)-high performance liquid chromatography and ELISA.Methods The sample was extracted by aeetonitrile,removed ester by hexane,purified by SPE(Alumina B),gradient solvents eluted,separated with a Hypemil ODS C18(4.6×250mm,5um),then detected by HPLC.Quantitative determination was carried out with the advanced ELISA detection method and stat Rayto RT-6100 readout.Results The recovery range of determination was 94.8%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 3.4%.The detection limit of furazolidone was 0.2ng/kg by HPLC.The content of furazolidone was between 50ng/kg and 4,050ng/kg,CV was in the range of 2%～5%,the recovery rate was between 87.3% and 107.5%,and the standard curve r was between-0.995 and-0.999 by ELISA.Conclusions ELISA method is simple,sensitive and rapid,with little interference.HPLC is accurate and reproducible." @default.
