- W2356310127 abstract "Objective: To develop an RP-HPLC method to determine content of Baicalin in bark of Mufudie [Oroxylum indicum(Linn.) Vent.].Methods: RP-HPLC method was used.Dikma Diamonsil C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN-0.2 % H3PO4 solution(26 : 74) and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 280 nm.Column temperature: 30 ℃.Results: The linear range of determination of chrysin was 0.04938～4.938 μg,r = 0.9997;the sample solution was stable within 24 h,the precision in a day was good,RSD = 0.87 %;the average recovery results of chrysin were 99.61%,RSD=2.1%(n=9).Conclusion: This method was good specialty and precision to determine content of Baicalin in bark of Mufudie,results were accurate and credible." @default.
