- W2356567870 abstract "The path of unmanned aerial vehicles should be calculated according to the known information of terrain,physiognomy,obstacle,threatening,and etc,as well as flight capability of itself before executing mission and accomplish the mission by tracking the path. This paper represents a method of path planning of UAV based on improved A* algorithm. It combines the performance and mission of UAV with the A* algorithm. This method can resolve the problem that A* algorithm needs much more time when searching in huge space. Then the unnecessary waypoints are removed by a simple path pruning algorithm. Results of simulation show that the computing speed is fast and it can be realized easily." @default.
