- W2356645077 abstract "Through calculating and comparing some key statistical indicators, this paper bears out that the employment of graduates of Chinese colleges and universities is unbalanced between coastal areas and inland． On the basis of it, the author analyses the mechanism of universities graduates transregional flow． It is thought that between coastal areas and inland, the disequilibrium of economy, the asynchronous of reform of employment institution, and the difference of capability of providing valid employment posts jointly affect the first disposition process of human resources． The paper analyses the negative effects of transregional flow of graduates of colleges and universities, and points out that the negative effects aggravate the equilibrium of economy between regions, and are harmful to local government＇s enthusiasm about investing in higher education． In the end of the author makes some relevant countermeasures: 1 strengthening the Great Western Development; 2 adjusting the structure of majors of the colleges and universities in West China: 3 setting up ″regional annual reward for contribution″．" @default.
