- W2356650773 abstract "The CFD technology has been used to simulate the flow field of jet-impingement installation for naphthenic acid in high-temperature and fast-flow during erosion-corrosion test.The influence of the distance from the nozzle exit to the specimen surface(H),the fluid velocity at the nozzle exit(U) and the temperature of the jet-impingement fluid(T) on the flow field's distribution of the nozzle exit in exterior domain are mainly analyzed.The results showed that the wall shear stress increased gradually as the U increased and the H,T decreased,and wall turbulence in the impingement region increased gradu-ally as the U increased and the H decreased;Although decreasing the H can significantly increase the fluid erosiont,he corresponding pressure at the nozzle exit also increased rapidly.This,in turn,influence the equipment operated safely.So the H should be chosen at 4 ～ 8 mm to improve experimental efficiency for accelerating test and insuring the safe running of the equipment." @default.
