- W2356708300 abstract "Objective To investigate the prevalence of peripheral arterial disease(PAD) and correlative risk factors in Hazakh residents from Fuhai area of Xinjiang Aletai.Methods Cross-sectional and cluster sampling random selected method was carried out on small towns over 35 years of age,in local residents from Fuhai area of Xinjiang Aletai.We collected statistics of PAD prevalence and analyze its risk factors.Results The prevalence of PAD in Hazakh residents from Fuhai area of Xinjiang Aletai was 4.70%.Prevalence of PAD in males was 3.40% and 6.10% in females.The prevalence of PAD in men and women was significantly different(χ2=8.575,P=0.003).With multivariate logistic regression analysis.Females(OR=1.837,95%CI 1.174～2.764),hypertension(OR=2.035,95%CI 1.226～3.376) were associated with the increased prevalence of PAD.Conclusion The prevalence of PAD is higher in Hazakh residents from Fuhai area of Xinjiang Aletai.Females,hypertension were risk factors for PAD." @default.
