- W2356738152 abstract "Objective To investigate the MBTI personality types of male and female cadets and provide the basis of theory for their psychological assessment and mental health. Methods Testing male and female cadets using revised Chinese version MBTI. Results Male and female cadets got higher scores on factors of S, T, J than on factors of N, F, P, and showed no significant difference on factors of E, I. Female cadets scored higher on factors of S, P than male cadets, and there was no significant difference on other factors. The percentage of male and female cadets who fell on factors of S,T,J in personality trend was far higher than on factors of N, F, P. Male and female cadets registered an almost similar distribution on 16 personality types. More on ESTJ, ISTJ, ENTJ, ISFJ. Conclusion Male and female cadets have something both in common and special for each in MBTI personality trend and personality type distribution. They all have E, S, T, J personality trend." @default.
