- W2356961750 abstract "A thin layer scanning method was developed for the determination of gallic acid in Ningmitai capsules. The extraction solution of the preparation was analysed on silica gel-G plate, using toluene-ethyl acetate-formic acid(30:54:6 2) as the developing system, 1%FeCl 3-ethanol solution as the spray reagent, then detected by single wavelength scanning (530nm). Results: A good linearity is showed in the range of 0.772～3.860 μg for gallic acid. The average recovery is 97.76%,RSD=4.51%. Conclusion: The methood is simple, sensitive, accurate and available for quality control for this preparation." @default.
