- W2356990703 abstract "Objective:To understand the seroepidemiological characteristics of measles in the city of Yichun and discuss the detailed causes of measles.Methods: The serological results of measles uncertain patients of 2005-2009 in the city of YiChun were analyzed.Results: A total of 671 serums of measles uncertain patients were detected.And 377 were positive,294 were negative and its positive rate was 56.2%.The age group of people down 30 year old case accounts for a total case several 92.3%,8 month ～10 year old of disease incidence rate to be highest accounts for 57.6%,The age group of people over 40 years old the disease incidence rate to be lowest,only accounts for 0.8%.Conclusion: Planned immunity and emergent vaccination shall be strengthened,specially strengthen the work of the 8 month ～10 year old children′s second needle,to increases the initiative monitor dynamics." @default.
