There are several problems in traditional management of teaching quality under the background of IT application in education sector,including the pool awareness of IT,the low level of IT application,and the lack of the effectual supervision on the teaching quality management etc. As a result,I put forward feasible suggestions,based on the study of advanced management theory of teaching quality,in such main aspects as follows: the concept of the quality management,the supervision in the teaching link,the assessment of teaching quality,the building of teaching resource,and the cultivation of talent team.
