- W2357443291 abstract "Emulsification of heavy-oil was investigated by means of mechanical stirring while emulsifiers were added, using high temperature standing analysis method. The emulsification effect of three preparation emulsifiers was compared, and optimization parameters of effects on emulsified heavy-oil stability were determined in this paper. The results showed that TS-2 emulsifier behaved a better performance than other two, stability time of emulsified heavy-oil first increased and then declined with the increasing of PEA (percentage of emulsifier added), stability declined with the increasing of PWA (percentage of water added), increasing of PEA, emulsification time and temperature was pro- pitious to enhance emulsified heavy-oil stability as well as energy consumption. Optimization parameters determined were TS-2 emulsifier, PEA was about 0.2%, PWA was 10%～20%, stirring rate was 700～900r/min, emulsification time was about 30min, emulsification temperature was 70～80℃." @default.
