This overall goal pointed out new requirement and new direction for China's sports enterprise and opened a new chapter for China's sports governance. This paper analyzed the modernization of China's state sports governance system and governance capability by the method of literature review. Based on the understanding of governance concept,this paper explained the concept of sports governance and its historical evolution firstly. Then it made a further exploration on China's state sports governance system. After this it proposed the implications of modernization in China's sports governance and current promotion strategies on the modernization of sports governance capacity. This article provided an important guidance and promotion on modernization of China's sports governance,governance system and governance capacity." @default.
