- W2357592783 abstract "Objective To provide the basis for prevent and cure the imitated thermal radiation early, We observed the water content in different organs ，TNF－αand IL－6 in the blood plasma.Method (1)Changes of the rats with burning area of 15 percent were observed by macroscopic and microscopic examinations, the water content in different organs were also observed.(2)the content of TNF－a and IL－6 in the blood plasma were determined by radioimmunoassay.Result (1)From 5 minutes to 72 hours after the rats been burned, the water content in different organs all increased, and ranged from 8.3 percent to 24.31 percent. (2)The content of TNF－αand IL－6 in the blood increased, especially postburned 2 hours. Conclusion TNF－αand IL－6 may play an important role in the injury mechanisms to the different organs。" @default.
