- W2357628142 abstract "Water allocation, water prices and investigated objects of Manasi irrigation district are briefly introduced. The obtained data by use of the bearing capacity of its agricultural water price is employed to analyze the bearing capacity of water price for agricultural users. The results show that the limit of the bearing capacity of the final stage water price is 0.14～0.165 yuan/m3. At this time, the water rate has a percentage of 18.05%～21.27% of the net income, a percentage of 7.83%～9.23% of the total cost and a percentage of 5.46%～6.44% of the total production value. Countermeasures to improve the bearing capacity of water price for agricultural users are put forward: the agricultural users are of low bearing capacity of water price, though the current water price is affordable, the raising percentage is small. Therefore, when water-saving measures are popularized, management system and operation mechanism reform should be deepened, and water price should be regarded as the cost. Through the adjustment of price, economic lever, the agricultural users will further cherish water and save water. Optimization allocation of water resources will be gradually realized so as to make water resources management units be in good development situation." @default.
