- W2357707624 abstract "Objective To probe into impact of risk factors for stroke on cerebrovascular hemodynamic indexes(CVHI).Methods 1 225 community-based subjects aged 55～64 were cluster sampled in this case-control study,including 252 subjects with CVHI accumulative score75 points as the case group and 973 subjects with CVHI score ≥75 points as the control.Risk factors for stroke were investigated and CVHIs were examined.Odds ratio(OR) of each risk factors was estimated and then logistic regression was carried out.Results Univariate analysis indicated that OR and 95% confidence interval(95%CI) of hypertension,diabetes and over weight were 4.50(3.32～6.09),2.42(1.06～5.48) and 3.42(2.54～4.60),respectively(P0.05).Systolic and diastolic blood pressure,body mass index(BMI) in cases were significantly higher than that in controls(P0.01).Multiple factors analysis showed that factors being selected into the regression equation included hypertension,diabetes,over weight,cigarette smoking,age and gender.Conclusions Hypertension,diabetes,blood pressure,BMI and cigarette smoking were main influential factors for CVHI score." @default.
