- W2357709822 abstract "Aim To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of ferulic acid,the active ingredients of Angelica,in compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets,and to offer technical reference to raise the quality standard of this kind of drugs.Methods The concentration of 0.02 g/mL-70% methanol solution of sodium hydroxide back samples was used,the reflux time was 0.5 hours,in order to extract ferulic acid.High performance liquid chromatography was applied,with the column of Diamonsil C18(5μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),with acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric acid(20∶80) as mobile phase,flow rate as 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was 320nm,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 20uL.Results The regression equation: Y=5 542 676 X-47 884(correlation coefficient r=0.999 5),ferulic acid in the range of 0.062 25～0.373 5μg showed good linear relationship.The average recovery rate was 98.96%,RSD was 1.25%(n=9).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible,can contribute to controlling the quality of Angelica in compound folic acid tablets." @default.
