- W2357853345 abstract "Objective To learn antibacterial drug use in hospitalized patients of our hospital.Evaluation the application of the status and rational use of drugs in past two years within the hospital.To provied references for the clinical application and management of antibacterial.MethodsTo selected the medical records of hospitalized patients randomly 240 case in 2008～2009,and analysis these case according to the guidelines of clinical application of antibacterial drugs and the the relevant documents of rational use of drugs from Ministry of Health.ResultsThe total application of antibiotics was 71.7%,55.2% is preventive use among it,Drugs use mainly based on experience,The most frequently use is cefotaxime and cefazolin.The cost of antimicrobial drugs is 35.2% and 50.2%.The main problems is too broad of use indication.Preventive medication is irregular used in perioperative period.And the pathogenic detection rate is lower.Conclusion Should continue to increase the advocacy and the regulatory of rational use of antibiotics." @default.
