- W2357888191 abstract "Objective:To discuss the effect of febrile convulsion on intelligence of children.Method:According to 1∶1 matched,the intelligence of 66 children with febrile convulsion and their matched pairs was studied.Result:The IQ of 87.88% children with febrile convulsion were normal,but the average IQ of febrile convulsion children was lower than that of matched group.Themore lower the age of the first incidence,the more larger the influence on intelligence of children.The children with IQ below 70 all had the history of high incidence of febrile convulsion recurrence.Conclusion:The effcet of febrile convulsion on intelligence of children shouldn’t be ignored.The prevention of febrile convulsion in children aged 0～3 years and the recurrence of febrile convulsion was more important to protect the mental of children." @default.
