- W2357941720 abstract "OBJECTIVE To develnp a quantitative method for the determination of seven different components of volatile oil in Elsholtzia blanda,and compare primarily their contents extracted with different methods.METHODS The contents of seven components were analyzed by headspace gas chromatography with INNOWAX capillary column(0.53 mm×30 m,5μm).The column temperature raised by programming,the intial temperature was 60℃,and was raised to 90℃at the rate of 30℃·min~(-1)for 30 min and then was raised to 180℃at the rate of 5℃·min~(-1).The injector temperature was set at 200℃,the detector temperature of FID was at 240℃. RESULTS Seven components were completely separated.The calibration curves ofα-pinene,β-pinene,1,8-cineol,camphor,linalool, bornyl acetate,borneol,were linear within the range of 33～330,32～320,111～1110,238～2380,140～1400,65～650,53～530 mg·L~(-1),the correlation coefficient were 0.9999,0.9998,0.9998,0.9996,0.9997,0.9995,0.9995,and their average recover- ies(n=9)were 96.6%,97.0%,97.8%,99.9%,96.5%,97.4% and 97.1%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and sensitive,and can be used for quality control of E.blanda and its further reseach." @default.
