- W2358015087 abstract "A favorable tissue culture characteristics is base to improve the efficiency of plant genetic transformation to develop the plant cell,molecular breeding.This paper studies the effect different inoculation methods light conditions on wheat Xiaoyan 22 and Yumai 49 immature embryo culture redifferentiation.The results show that different inoculation methods significantly influence redifferentiation of immature embryos callus in wheat.The callus redifferentiation of the inoculated immature embryo of germ upward is the highest.The callus redifferentiation of the inoculated immature embryo of germ downward is the lowest.Effects of light conditions on redifferentiation of callus significantly.The redifferentiation of dark conditions induced callus is more efficient than the that of glare astigmatism conditions induced callus,under the same conditions,research puts forward a efficient technology system on wheat immature embryo in vitro culture,which choose to the inoculated immature embryo of germ upward,which is immature embryo dark culture inducing callus,which is the strong photoperiod induces immature embryo callus redifferentiation." @default.
