- W2358228506 abstract "A chemical method for preparing magnetic oxide films at low temperature is described in this paper. By ferrite plating which utilizes Fe~(2+)→Fe~(3+) oxidation,polycrystalline films of ferromagnetic spinel can be synthesized directly from an aqueous solution. This low temperature process allows us to fabricate new ferrite film devices on substrates with poor thermal resistance laser-enhanced ferrite plating and ultrasonic-enhanced ferrite plating improve the crystallinity of the ferrite films. Applications of ferrite-plated magnetic oxide films in various biomedic and magnetic devices are described." @default.
