- W2358543002 abstract "Objective:To establish a method for detecting benzoic acid,sorbicacid,saccharin sodium of food additive in soy milk.Methods:We used sedimentary reagent to remove protein and fat in soy milk.Then,we detect benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium in soy milk with HPLC.Results:The calibration curves for benzoic acid,sorbicacid,saccharin sodium had good linear relations between 0 and 200 mg/L.The clinear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.The detection limits of benzoic acid,sorbicacid and saccharin sodium were 0.10,0.10 and 0.08 μg/ml respectively.The recovery of benzoic acid,sorbicacid,saccharin sodium was 89.5%～101.6%,97.5%～103.2%,95.4%～106.7%.The relative standard deviations were 2.45%,2.85%,4.25%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and easy to operate.It has been applied for actual samples with satisfactory results." @default.
