- W2359095787 abstract "Objective To study the dynamic changes during the early phase after orthotopic cardiac transplantation by echocardiography(ECG).Methods The dynamic changes at 1～30 day on six patients after orthotopic cardiac transplantation were observed by echocardiography,and follow-up on the third month,the sixth month and the twelfth month after orthotopic cardiac transplantation was performed.Results Donor-recipient cardiac atrial anastomosis was displayed clearly.the cardiac atriums was enlarged,which was correlated with the degree of valvular regurgitation.Right ventricular and pulmonary artery pressure were increased,ventricular walls were thickened.All those parameters reached to the maximum at 1-2 weeks after operation,then decreased to normal gradually.The left ventricular wall motion in 5 patients were enhanced at 1 days after transplantation,and 1 patient was became weakened at the first day,then recovered at the third day.Pericardial effusion appeared in 6 patients after a week and disappeared in 1-3 months.The results of intermittent follow-up showed that the cardiac size and function were stable.Conclusion Echocardiography can evaluate the cardiac structure and function on early phase after orthotopic cardiac transplantation,It can provide the information of clinical effect,rejection and early effect." @default.
