- W2359148092 abstract "Objective To explort the therapeutic effect and feasibility of Laparoscopic-assisted radical rectal excision.And analysis hot spot problem of it.Mothods Form January 2005 to March 2008,the clinical date of 40 cases received Laparoscopic-assisted radical rectal excision was retrospectively analyzed.TME Dixon operation was performed in 25 cases.Miles operation was performed in 15 cases.4 cases was converted to open operation.And compared with those of 40 comparable patients treated by conventional laparotomy in the same period.Results There was no death due to operation.Mean operation time of Dixon was 270min(240～360).Mean operation time of Miles was 210min(160～230).1 case was converted to open operation because Anterior sacrum hemorrhea.It took 24～72h to restore instestinal functionand out-of-bed activity.Postoperative hospital stay was 7～13 days.Comparing with laparotomy group,there was shorter postoperative bowel function recovery time,shorter postoperative hospitalization days,less complications,in laparoscopic surgery group.30 patients were followed up for 3 to 32 months(Mean 13 months).1 case with Dixon operation hepatic metastasis 4 months later.1 case with Miles operation perineal metastasis 16 months later.No metastasis was found in Location of paracentesis and incisal opening.There was no apparent difference in local recurrent metastatic rates and mortality between the two groups.Conclusions Laparoscopic-assisted radical rectal excision demonstrates its advantages as mini-trauma,less operative blood loss,better bowel function restore,slightly pain and slinky abdominal wall.The availability of the health care resources is higher in Laparoscopic-assisted radical rectal excision group." @default.
