- W2359162019 abstract "Under the conditions of atmospheric drought and no drought,we took maize inbred lines 335 as the object of study.Studying the response of photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and water use efficiency to light intensity in maize seedling period,researching the relativity to each photosynthetic characteristic.It showed that photosynthetic rates was increasing with increasing light intensity under lower light intensity( 1200 μmol.m-2.s-1) and this trend decreased under higher light intensity(1200 μmol.m-2.s-1).Transpiration rate was increasing with increasing light intensity and it remained stable(10.79 mmol.m-2.s-1) when light intensity over 1200 μmol.m-2.s-1,while transpiration rate remained increasing under atmospheric drought,there was significant difference between them.Stomatal conductance was lower under atmospheric drought than no drought,and the variance reduced with increasing light intensity.Water use efficiency increased with increasing light intensity and then remained stable.Water use efficiency was lower under atmospheric drought than no drought.The rate of photosynthesis with the rate of transpiration and stomatal conductance had remarkable relations because of in-phase of gas exchange,but the effect of atmospheric drought to transpiration rate was more direct and intense than that to photosynthetic rate." @default.
