- W2359168001 abstract "new method for the determination of sugar contents in soft drinks is presented in this paper.With a 80 cm30m (i.d.) capillary at 20kV and a running electrolyte of 0.10 mol/L NaOH, three different sugars in ten samples were separated and determined. The experimental factors affecting separation were studied and optimized. Under optimal conditions, baseline separation could be accomplished within 25 min.The detection limits for sucrose, glucose and fructose were 110-6 mol/L, 210-6 mol/L and 510-6 mol/L respectively.
