- W2359176543 abstract "The variation of digestive enzyme activities in the stomach,intestine and hepatopancreas in Sparus macrocephalus in different seasons and different reaction temperatures was studied.The results showed that the changes of activity of the three enzymes were generally similar—all the enzyme activities in winter were lower than those in summer.The activity of protease in winter was an order of magnitude lower than that in summer,and the activities of amylase and lipase were about 1.2~1.8 times and 3.3~8.4 times lower,respectively,which was possibly caused by the drop in temperature.In the specific range of reaction temperature,the higher the reaction temperature was,the higher the activities of protease,amylase and lipase were.The optimum reaction temperature of protease,amylase and lipase activity in Sparus macrocephalus were 50℃,40℃ and 30℃ respectively." @default.
