- W2359331347 abstract "The tolerance of stem-segments with single bud of Dongnong 303 and Atlantic potato varieties to Glufosinate and Glyphosate with different concentrations was studied to identify the optimum concentration of Glufosinate and Glyphosate as screening reagents for genetic transformation of potato.The bud emergence rate,root rate,node number and root number of Atlantic and Dongnong 303 stemsegments with single bud cultured on MS medium with 0.2mg/L of Glufosinate after 4weeks are 6.67%and 13.33%,33.33% and 13.33%,1.00 and 1.33,1.67 and 0.67 respectively and the other indexes except for root number of Dongnong 303 are significantly lower than CK.The bud emergence rate,root rate,node number and root number of Atlantic and Dongnong 303stem-segments with single bud cultured on MS medium with 2mg/L of Glyphosate after 4weeks are 6.67and 0%,20.00%and 13.33%,1.00 and 0.00,and 1.50 and 1.67 separately,and the other indexes except for root number of Dongnong 303 are significantly lower than CK.The inhibition effect of two herbicides on bud emergence rate and node number is higher than on root rate and root number.In conclusion,The optimum concentration of Glufosinate and Glyphosate for transgenosis resistance screening of Atlantic and Dongnong 303 is 0.2mg/L and 2mg/L respectively." @default.
