- W2359406367 abstract "Objective:The head space-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used to analyse the volatile components in Marsdenia tenocissima.Mathods:The volatile components in Marsdenia tenocissima are extracted by HS-SPME with two different pretreatments:dry pretreatment and wet pretreatment,then detected by GC-MS.Results:The GC-MS analysis results showed that 71 compositions were identified and accounted for 93.5% of the total peak areas by dry pretreatment,and 53 compositions were identified and accounted for 99.55% of the total peak areas by wet Pretreatment.The major volatile components are terpene(20.01%),alcohol(17.86%) and ester(11.92%) by dry pretreatment,and alcohol(60.31%),aldehyde(12.80%) by wet pretreatment.Conclusion:The volatile components measured by these two pretreatment methods were quite different,and the content of these components were different too.The HS-SPME-GC-MS method with dry and wet pretreatment can be used for the fast extraction and analysis of volatile substances from Marsdenia tenocissima." @default.
