- W2359453849 abstract "The present study takes it as its objectives to find the relations between the physical and chemical properties and the fertilizer content of layer manure and determine the efficacy of a representative manure sample.For the above objectives,we have done careful testing and examinations on the total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),organic matters(OM),ammonium nitrogen(AN) and the total potassium(TK) in the layer manure,with two manure agitation procedures being investigated and analyzed.At the same time,single and multiple regressions between physical and chemical properties,such as the specific gravity(SG),the electrical conductivity(EC) and pH and nutrient contents of 75 samples of 4-6 months layer manure including TN,TP,OM,AN and TK have also been studied.The results of our investigation and research show that for TN,TP,OM and AN,it is the most important step to get a representative sample in the liquid layer manure is to make enough mixing.As for TK,a typical sample has been obtained both for the mixed sample and the unmixed one.So far as it can be seen,there exist significant linear relationships between SG and TN,TP,OM,EC and AN,TK.While the coefficients of determination prove to be 0.94,0.94,0.95,0.94 and 0.94,respectively,the coefficients of determining the multiple properties regressions turn to be higher than the simple ones.In addition,the residual 15 samples of layer manure have also been selected to examine the prediction abilities of the five simple regression equations between SG and TP,TN,OM,EC and AN,TK.Statistical t-test has been performed on the coefficient and constant of the equations established by the values checked with the standard laboratory means versus the five single equations.The hypothesis test of the estimation equations has been on the whole accepted at the significant level of α=0.05.Thus,it can be said that the five single regression equations may have predictive capacities." @default.
